I have an Olympus C-750 UltraZoom that I bought years ago. 4MP and 10X optical zoom. IT HAS VIDEO WITH SOUND. I later got into Canon DSLR big time and abandoned the C-750. Two years ago I bought my wife an Olympus FE-270. Only 7.1MP and 3x optical zoom, yet IT HAS VIDEO WITH SOUND. Over the new year period my wife went into Tricky Dicks in Sydney, with the FE-270 and said she wanted something similar with more MP. They sold her the FE-26. 12MP IS yadda-yadda-yadda. And guess what - IT HAS VIDEO AND NO SOUND. I used the camera for the first time last weekend on a motorbike ride with my brothers. Lots of reasons for sound with video (big bikes with loud pipes). Great video - but we're all running in silent mode. Talk about being p155ed off!. I'm off to Adelaide tomorrow for a holiday, and the first Tricky Dick store I see is going to get the camera back - and I want it replaced with a unit with the same specs but WITH VIDEO THAT HAS SOUND!
